TEAM LEADER - POSITION DESCRIPTION
Due to the continual growth of our business, Stadium 34 is seeking a Weekend Team Leader (Casual/Part Time) to assist in the operation of our weekend activities.
Successful applicants will be required to work weekend hours. The structure of these hours is negotiable, and a job share role (with fortnightly shifts) could be an option for the right candidates.

On any given day you may be…
Enabling our exceptional staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This entails actively assisting at the tills or on the floor during busy periods, managing break times efficiently, and ensuring sufficient staffing levels are maintained throughout the day.
Exemplifying our culture, safety, and commitment to customer experience. To achieve this, you will master our standards and actively encourage your colleagues to uphold them as well.
Assuming accountability for day-to-day venue operations. This will entail tasks such as venue opening/closing, managing cash registers, reporting on cleanliness and safety, adjusting staff schedules, and adeptly resolving any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
Above all, the key focus is on coaching and nurturing the team! STADIUM34 is dedicated to providing an inclusive environment where individuals can develop and grow, enabling them to learn skills that take them well beyond STADIUM34.
You will be provided with Team Leader training that covers areas in:
- Customer experience delivery
- Venue operations and shift management
- Party Hosting
- L2 First Aid
A current Divers Licence, Working with Children Check and Weekend availability are required.
