By submitting your team to play in a STADIUM34 competition you agree to adhere to the competition playing rules and By-Laws. Failure to adhere to these could have your team or certain players in your team either suspended or removed from the competition.
INSURANCE INDEMNITY
These conditions govern my participation in sporting activities conducted at STADIUM34.
I acknowledge that playing sport involves risk and that I accept that risk.
I acknowledge that: (a) in the conduct of the STADIUM34 competition or other activity, some physical contact will occur between myself and other individuals involved in the competition; and (b) I consent to that contact being made; and (c) I will not hold STADIUM34 or any other STADIUM34 representative responsible for any injury or illness I may suffer in respect of that contact.
In the event that I am injured whilst on STADIUM34 premises I authorise Moe Indoor Sports Centre Pty Ltd ("MIS") and its directors, employees and agents to arrange all necessary medical assistance including, without limitation, ambulance transfer, hospital accommodation and the administration of blood transfusions or anaesthetics. I undertake to pay all such medical, hospital and ambulance service expenses.
In consideration of MIS allowing me to participate in sporting activities at STADIUM34 I agree that MIS and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable to me or my spouse, dependents or others in a familial relationship for any loss or injury to me (including, without limitation, my death) whatsoever or howsoever arising including, without limitation, any consequential financial or economic loss.
I also agree to indemnify MIS and its directors, employees and agents and keep them indemnified, jointly and separately, in respect of all loss, damage, claims or proceedings suffered by or brought against any one or more of them and arising out of circumstances caused directly or indirectly by me.
