Birthday Party Booking

Birthday Party Booking Form.

Birthday parties are run during our Saturday and Sunday skate session’s.
We also take birthday party bookings during the school holidays (Monday to Friday).
Please advise in the comments box below if you wish to book during the school holidays.
Once your booking is received, a Stadium 34 staff member will contact you for confirmation.
If a staff member does not contact you within 48 hours, please call to confirm we have received your booking.
If you are unsure as to how many guests you would like to book for at the moment, please put a rough estimate.
The total number of guests will be confirmed the day before your party.
We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to book and hold the date of your party.
Payment can be made by cash, eftpos or credit card either at the centre or over the phone.
